There are 3 options avaiable for each video clip. Please be patient and choose the format that best matches your PC, MAC or WebTV.
If you have trouble with a particular format, try a lower version. *MPEG/ISDN/CABLE is intended for high-end computers. WebTV users, please contact your WebTV support for trouble-shooting.
To view the "Windows Media" version, you will need "Windows Media Player".
In most cases "Windows Media Player" is included with "Windows 9x" or greater.
If you don't have this, it may be obtained free at: http://www.windowsmedia.com
To view the "Real Media" version, you will need "Real Player 8" which can be obtained free at: http://www.real.com.
